White Supremacy in America-
is in the Home Owners Associations!
The following article was in the Katy Rancher on April 13, 2022:
Folks, please understand that the REAL white supremacists in America are operating in plain sight all acroos the USA, because THESE white supremacists are elected by the racist people and THEY do the real harm. Here in Seven Meadows in Katy, TX the REAL white supremacists are Robert Ponville, Diane Davis, Scott Wilson, Kerstin Dahl and Jim Warren who are in the Home Owners Associations Board of Directors. You have to wonder how many people who like the Ku Klux Klan voted for these people, the fact is that the reason they got elected is that the racists know that Robert Ponville, Diane Davis, Scott Wilson, Kerstin Dahl and Jim Warren are supporters of White Power!
Then you have the White Supremacy Law Firm of www.holtyoung.com and their representative David Berk who would be invaluable help to any budding white supremacist group in Texas, right now they do their racist work for Seven Meadows HOA.
Finally you have Associa Principal Management Group of Houston which is the Hispanic version i.e. Associa supports Hispanic Supremacy and here you have Matthew Haire, Erica Pratt, Erica Slater, Erica Morgan and Bernita Armstrong. They are good at harassing Asians in every way possible. Associa has a deal with the HOA namely, they can do whatever they like as long as they leave the White People alone! So the goal of Associa and the HOA is to keep Seven Meadows for White people and Hispanics, which is why for the last three years they have harassed me to help my Hispanic neighbor, you can read about it by in my page titled “Parking”.
Texas lawmakers did their best to help us fight the corrupt Home Owners Associations!
Last year in 2021 Texas Legislators enacted S.B. No. 1588 to protect the rights of Texas homeowners and to stop Home Owners Associations (HOAs) from harassing Texas homeowners. One of the provisions of S.B. No. 1588 is the absolute right to put up security cameras and motion detectors on our own private property, see the text below:
Sec. 202.023. SECURITY MEASURES.
(a) This section does not apply to:
(1) a condominium as defined by Section 81.002 or 82.003; or
(2) a master mixed-use property owners’ association subject to Chapter 215.
(b) Except as provided by Subsection (c), a property owners’ association may not adopt or enforce a restrictive covenant that prevents a property owner from building or installing security measures, including but not limited to a security camera, motion detector, or perimeter fence.
(c) This section does not prohibit a property owners’ association from:
(1) prohibiting the installation of a security camera by a property owner in a place other than the property owner’s private property; or
(2) regulating the type of fencing that a property owner may install.
In spite of this, on March 24th the Seven Meadows Home Owners Associations Board of Directors comprising Robert Ponville, Diane Davis, Scott Wilson, Kerstin Dahl and Jim Warren were going to promote White Supremacy in Katy, TX by voting to take away the rights granted to Texas homeowners by S.B. No. 1588 , with the help of their Attorney David Berk <dberk@holtyoung.com>.
This Board comprised of white people is telling us that we need their written permission in order to put up security cameras and motion detectors on our own private property. Folks, this is White Supremacy and I think it is a crime and we need to stop it from happening!
Folks, I contacted our State Rep Jacey Jetton and he looked into the Security Camera issue and after his office contacted the Home Owners Association, the HOA amended (as far as I know) the draft deed restrictions clearly stating that as the Texas law S.B. No. 1588 states, Home owners have the right to put up security cameras and do not need any permission from the HOA. Thank you Jacey Jetton for helping immigrants!

The HOA President Robert Ponville who works at Kinder Morgan is quite open about his white supremacy. When I complained about the racism of the Associa Principal Management Group of Houston in not responding to my complaints, Robert Ponville told Associa to ignore my emails which is not only racist but also illegal because I am a dues paying member of the Homeowners Association. Then, most recently I asked the HOA to contact the owner of the house next door because the fence is missing a slat on the neighbor’s side and Associa did not get this fixed , and it has been several months, see the picture below of the fence now:
This racist HOA President Robert Ponville is saying that I should fix the fence, even though the slat is missing on my neighbor’s side, see his email below and he doesn’t want me to contact the Attorney David Berk because what Robert Ponville is doing is clearly racial discrimination and even the worst attorney would say that!
This racist Robert Ponville is saying that the HOA “addressed the issue” even the fence is still not fixed several months later, how can the issue be “addressed” if the fence has not been fixed ?
If Robert Ponville is a Senior Engineer at Kinder Morgan, then I wonder how badly all the Indian immigrant employees are treated at Kinder Morgan ? Kinder Morgan should be ashamed of promoting white supremacy in Houston!
And this Attorney David Berk of Holt Young should tell his client, the Seven Meadows HOA that racial discrimination is illegal!
I also asked the HOA to ask this neighbor to cut his tree branches because they are dripping some kind of sap liquid on my cars.
I would have contacted the neighbor myself several months ago, but I don’t have the contact information, the current tenant is refusing to tell me the owners contact information and the only information I can find on the internet does not have contact info, see on the right. Any decent HOA should ask this homeowner to fix these issues!
