Texas Lawmakers - Please help me!
Last year, Texas legislators showed their willingness to help the common man when they passed SB 1588 which protected the rights of homeowners and blocked Homeowners Associations (HOAs) from harassing homeowners. Now I request you to please help me with the problem I am having!

This red car has been parked in the street in front of my house since Nov 20th 2021 i.e. it was there every day for more than 6 months . I called the police at least 3 times and the police told me the red car actually belongs to State Farm Insurance and is registered in Austin, TX and is parked there by my neighbor who is a State Farm Insurance Agent. I asked the police “if the car is still there for a few months or a few years can you do anything ?”. The police told me no matter how long the car is there, they cannot do anything. I think this is wrong! Here is the letter I sent to State Farm Insurance requesting them to move this car:

I request Texas State lawmakers to please pass a bill which states that any business vehicle cannot remain parked in the same place on a Texas Street for more than 48 hours after which it has to be moved!
If Texas State lawmakers pass such a bill , it will increase safety on the streets by reducing cars parked permanently on the street. Business vehicles such as the State Farm Insurance vehicle shown above should be parked in the driveway or in the garage of the person using it and not on the street which belongs to the public. The street in front of my house is permanently reduced in width because this car rarely moves. Having the street without parked cars helps the safety of children who are playing and helps easy flow of traffic.

Seven Meadows used to have a deed restriction against street parking see the above reminder was in an email to the homeowners on 7-23-2020. But they never enforced it against my neighbor. And police cannot ask my neighbor to move the car because there is no law against it. Then Seven Meadows HOA updated the guidelines to prohibit parking of commercial vehicles (see below) and I informed them that this red car belongs to State Farm insurance and is a commercial vehicle, but the Seven Meadows HOA and Associa Principal Management Group of Houston are white supremacist (see my page SB 1588) and they are basically saying that Immigrant homeowners in Seven Meadows don’t have any rights and they refused to do anything about this red car, so they are basically saying that these guidelines are only to support white supremacy! That is wrong and we need to fight it!
This State Farm insurance agent neighbor parks not only her State Farm Insurance car and also other cars in front of my house. State Farm Insurance should stop this harassment. State Farm Insurance is getting free parking for business cars on public roads paid for by us the taxpayer and they are creating this nuisance for all the neighbors of State Farm Insurance agents all across the USA, how many millions are suffering ? We all need to join together and petition lawmakers to stop this nuisance !
