Folks, I am having a horrible experience with an Uber cash gift which I gave to my minor child and I will share screenshots and my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and my complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the response from Uber regarding my Better Business Bureau complaint. As far as the complaint to the CFPB is concerned, the CFPB simply responded that it does not accept complaints about Uber and that the CFPB forwarded my complaint to another US government agency.
I will share all of this with you in the coming weeks as I find time, but I urge ALL Parents in the USA, please, please, please think twice before giving Uber cash to YOUR minor child, you will understand why once I put the screenshots on this page, so please come back to read it in a few weeks!
I want to use this page to get the attention of Senator Elizabeth Warren and the Democrats on the Senate Finance Committee and to urge passing a law that Uber and companies that offer Food delivery should NOT be allowed to offer child accounts or Uber Cash gifting! (as I said, you will understand why once I put the screenshots on this page).
