FedEx may damage your driveway

See the image above, FedEx parked a similar truck on my driveway (without my permission) and damaged my driveway. I took FedEx to court and the FedEx lawyer Justin Click (JClick@hartlinebarger.com) agreed to pay $2000 in mediation , (this was the second version, the first version had a lot more stuff we never agreed on in mediation), and then FedEx cheated with the help of Fort Bend TX Judge Kelly Crow (see below) and paid nothing.

Now it is my mission to inform every person, every home owners association (HOA) in America to be aware that FedEx may damage your driveway the same way FedEx damaged my driveway, and you should take preventive action! I will petition congress to pass laws making it easier to sue FedEx if FedEx parks on private property!

By the way, this same Judge Kelly Crow was sanctioned by the Texas (Republican) Bar Association.

See the pictures on the left and compare them to the pictures on the right. In court, I held up these pictures for “Judge” Kelly Crow to look at, but she refused to look at them. The pictures on the left were taken about 48 hours after FedEx parked on my driveway, the pictures on the right show the same area after almost two years. See the faint white lines on the pictures on the left are the hairline stress marks caused by the weight of the FedEx truck and they developed into the cracks shown in the pictures on the right.

These pictures are evidence and I had the right to present them in court but “Judge” Kelly Crow is so racist, she refused to even look at them. I filed a complaint with the bar association, but  the bar association is  corrupt, and said that “Judge” Kelly Crow can do whatever she wants.

  • I am not going to give you five thousand dollars
    • Judge Kelly Crow shouted this at me, telling me “sign it” “sign it” for the agreement that the FedEx lawyer had given her. She wanted me to sign it, I said no, it is not the same as what we agreed in mediation, and she was telling me that “I am not going to give you five thousand dollars” – but she had not even let me present my case, so how did she know that she wouldn’t give me five thousand dollars ? The answer is because she spoke to the mediator Mary Breitigam who was also racist to me during mediation, asking me “what country are you from ?”, why should that matter in small claims court ?
  • These driveways are designed to support big trucks
    • That is untrue and if I had an expert witness would have told this Judge Kelly Crow, that a home driveway in Fort Bend, TX is designed to support cars and not trucks and that a fully loaded FedEx truck will definitely cause cracks on a 15 year old driveway.
  • These driveways are designed to crack
    • Immediately after saying that my home driveway was designed to support big trucks, Judge Kelly Crow realized it was wrong, so she corrected herself and now she said that these driveways are designed to crack. But that is racist because she is saying that if you are an immigrant, then your driveway is designed to crack.  Firstly, see the pictures above on the left , there is no crack even about two days after the FedEx truck parked on my driveway, only the stress marks caused by the weight of the FedEx truck and I could have proved this but the Judge Kelly Crow refused to even look at the pictures I was holding out to her. Again an expert witness would have told this Judge Kelly Crow that as long as only cars are parked on it, my pictures proved that my driveway was in good condition before FedEx broke it.
