A few days ago, I had to call the police because my neighbor Hoang Nguyen cut the roots of his tree in his front yard, see the picture above, see the video below and I have complained about this to the HOA Inframark, that I am worried the tree will fall down in the next storm, the video clearly shows the fence guy chopping off the roots very close to the tree trunk, yet Inframark/Seven Meadows HOA insists it is not a safety issue but a neighbor-neighbor issue.
Right now, I am trying to get Inframark Seven Meadows HOA to look at my neighbor’s tree in his front yard, because a few days ago, see the video above, Hoang paid the fence guy to cut the roots of this tree in the front yard. I called the police and the police came and talked to this Hoang Nguyen and I showed the police the cut roots, see the picture above, this is what the police saw. The police suggested I talk to the HOA or the MUD district and they may be able to help. You can see in the video that my neighbor Hoang Nguyen’s tree is very close to the property line between his property and mine and if that tree falls, it is a danger to me and my property.

I sent the letter above to the Attorney Andreas Jones who my neighbor Hoang Nguyen hired, and I asked him to ensure the safety of the tree by hiring an arborist and to inform Hoang Nguyen’s home insurer about the fact that Hoang Nguyen cut the tree roots, and to prevent his tree roots from encroaching on my property but this Attorney Andreas Jones has not done anything so far. I sent a copy of this letter to the Inframark/Seven Meadows HOA, see the cc at the bottom.
I will give a complaint to the Texas bar Association that this Attorney Andreas Jones is endangering the Seven Meadows Community by protecting this tree that may fall down in the next storm, but I don’t think they will help either.

I sent many emails to the Inframark/Seven Meadows HOA, saying that this tree is a danger to me but see the email above, Tiffany Davis of Inframark/Seven Meadows HOA always says that Inframark is not going to do anything. All the homeowners pay Inframark so much of money in dues, but from my experience, it seems that Inframark only cares about the white homeowners, I have seen some trees on Thistlewood Dr and Agave Dr, which have been cut quite a lot, yet Inframark/Seven Meadows HOA Board will not address my concerns about this neighbor’s tree being a danger because I am not white, that is bad service!
Several months ago this Indian guy Atma Ram who is on the Seven Meadows HOA board called me on the phone and left a message (hear it above) asking for my address so he can talk to me “unofficially”. I told him and also Inframark that Inframark should send an Arborist to look at the tree, but Inframark Tiffany Davis said the HOA does not want to get involved and that it is not a violation of the governing documents, see the email above. I told Inframark that if the tree may fall down, then it is a violation of the governing documents but Tiffany Davis disagreed as you can see in the email above.
See below other homeowners in Seven Meadows are facing problems with tree roots:

I think many of the trees in the Seven Meadows front yards are too large for the front yard, and the builders planted the wrong trees 18 years ago for such small front yards. I think Inframark should have a meeting and address this issue for all homeowners.
